Positive: Super friendly staff, and incredibly helpful - they arranged our bus to the Konami ferry. The hotel is one of the first as you walk into Valbona, so if you’ve just done the hike from Theth, I highly recommend, as it’ll save you a much longer walk or a taxi to other hotels.
