Positive: The house has all the convenience needed for a short stay.
Negative: The hostess was rude. She called us to insult us on how we left the house « untidy » before leaving. Actually She blamed us for not having cleaned the sink in the bathroom so that it could be rendered like spotless for the next customers. I can assume that the house is rent without being cleaned by the hostess but required from the clients. Wifi was not available unless requested. She finishes by saying that all the customers of Booking.com are the same i e disrespectul. The beds are to be prepared by ourselves and idem at departure. No customer service/care at all!
