Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Host was friendly, location was good, very clean. Good value overall.
Negative: No aircon, extra sofa bed for the additional 2 guests were uncomfortable. no wi-fi or reception. Host was a little too attentitive and seemed to constantly need to come in the room to change towel, clean etc even when requested not to.
Summary: Low budget, get what you pay for.
