ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Set across one level starting with the lake gazing end consisting of the large open living, dining, and kitchen, perfect for entertaining without disrupting the rest of the house and bedrooms.
Constructed to maximise light and views, the heating and cooling are also individually controlled for each room to add comfort throughout the year and seasons.
Surrounding the living area is the vast panel glass doors which slide open to the beautiful outdoor dining space complete with BBQ and firepit, perfect spot to soak in the scenery.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
This is a premium designed four bedroom and three and half bathroom home:
Start with the lake facing master bedroom, complete with an office if work is a must whilst away or pour yourself a chardonnay and relax in the bathtub whilst enjoying the views of the Lake Wakatipu.
Bedroom 2 has a large king single bunk and share a jack & jill ensuite with Bedroom 3 which can be set as a King or as two single beds depending on your requirements.
Bedroom 4 consists of a Queen bed and private ensuite as well as its own private entrance through the herb garden.
Please note there is an additional powder room for non-staying guests.

Named after its location, Lake Gazing Luxe is situated in the premium suburb of Jack’s Point, just a 10 minute walk from the Jack’s Point Club House and an easy 5 minute drive to the base of the Remarkables Mountain range road.
GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire home.
GUEST INTERACTION:
The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.
RATES:
- Rates are a guide only & subject to change
- Special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels, and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.
