We have 9 additional units on the water and each unit is thoughtfully furnished and decorated. Every detail was thought of to ensure your lake stay is a 5 star experience! Each unit sleeps 10-16 ppl. The Villas are walking distance to Boondocks Marina and only 7 minutes to Hwy 280, between Alex City and Dadeville!

Welcome to Lakefront Villa @ Bay Pines – Unit 2, a beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse with an additional bunkroom bonus room, nestled on a calm cove of Lake Martin in Jackson’s Gap. Enjoy luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, and upgraded appliances, this home blends comfort and style. The master suite is conveniently located on the main level w/a spacious, separate bunkroom that sleeps 4 . Upstairs you'll find 2 queen bedrooms with a shared full bath. Outside, enjoy a peaceful boardwalk with boat/watercraft parking, a fire pit, and community-maintained grounds. Just a short walk away you can dock, launch, or explore — plus you’re minutes from Boondocks Marina and local dining. Whether you're here for a relaxing retreat or water adventures, this is the perfect base for your getaway.
Your unit has 2 parking spots directly in front of the unit. Any and all additional cars, trucks, trailers, etc must park at the top of the hill (by the dumpster) along the gravel driveway/parking pad.
Pets are allowed, however we ask that for the safety of other guests and pets, that all pets be leashed while outside as this is a shared community space. Please clean up after your pet - we have provided several pet waste bins around the property.
If you have a watercraft parked at the boardwalk, please be sure that it is parked in the designated space that coincides with your unit - spots are numbered on the pier posts.
