This large apartment is arranged as follows:
a spacious living room with a cozy corner for reading or watching television, an office area with internet and wifi, a dining area, a kitchen open to the living room with corner bar to share friendly moments with friends or family, many cupboards, separate toilet and two balconies (one ideally exposed for breakfast in the sun).
The apartment also consists of a sleeping area with two bedrooms with wardrobe (one with a double bed and a futon into a bed for the 5th person) and a bathroom with large shower with Italian and washing machine.
The residence, closed and secure, is not as beautiful as the apartment, but the advantage to be green and to be at the back of the saint roch train station which means on foot:

- 2 min of 4 tram lines
- 4 minutes from the Place de la Comédie and the historical center

Late check - in outside these hours - will be billed by the honorary landlord of € 50 including tax paid locally by the Tenant, corresponding to the costs arising from such late arrival.
In any case and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, no arrival can only be done after 23 hours.
