A Beautiful Shaded Waterfront Home that can sleep up to six guests on Lake Palestine. 120 feet of Waterfront Privacy leaves plenty of room for fun. Enjoy fishing on the pier or bring your own boat and store it in our boat dock. We are less than a mile away from the boat launch!
Amazing waterfront for swimming. It's like having a big pool! Really great pockets of cold water keep you cool during a hot summer day. The house has 2 private bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other room has a full. There is a pull out sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space. Patio furniture on the deck for relaxing, charcoal grill you will need to bring charcoal to use ( please clean once you are finished) , sheets, kitchen has lots of things for your stay that are for you to use.
Located 1/4 mile from Emerald Bay on a nice quiet street only 8 miles from Tyler. The city of Tyler is home to the Rose Capital of the world, Caldwell Zoo, lots of children parks, skating rink, several moving theaters, Keipersol Winery, and plenty of restaurants.

Summary: We rented this house from June 30th to July 8th. We had initially planned to check out on the 6th, but Robert was more than happy to extend our stay. He and his mom were very communicative throughout our stay. The access to the lake and boat dock was what sold us. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and the neighbors right next door, Nancy and Scott, were the sweetest. If you get a chance to say hello, definitely do it. The shower is amazing after a day on the lake, and having a washer and dryer is very helpful too! It’s close to a gas station, marina, and stores. Overall, it’s a comfortable and cozy place to stay.
