Positive: The host was very nice and accommodating. She checked on me frequently and brought me water early in my stay. She was very responsive to texts. The property (an apartment complex) was modern, clean, and secure. Property maintenance was a daily occurrence and the residents contribute to keeping the property nice. My favorite amenity of this apartment was the in-house washer and dryer. Since my stays are extended, it was nice to not have to worry about finding and lugging my laundry to a laundromat.
Negative: The apartment did have a few bothersome issues. Despite these, I still highly recommend it as a place to stay. The most bothersome was leaks in the kitchen. Both the kitchen sink and the refrigerator leak. The refrigerator leaks were bad enough to require daily attention, as they occurred both inside and outside of the appliance. Secondly, there was absolutely no counter space in the bathroom, which is minor and may not bother others as it did me. You are essentially relegated to sitting toiletry items on top of the toilet tank, which was problematic due to the third issue - the flooring isn't level. The floor sort of dips inward toward the center of the living room, which affects both bathroom and kitchen appliances, namely the toilet and the stove top.
Summary: A modern, clean, and safe apartment made for a comfortable stay.
