Positive: lovely location. Elaine is welcoming and very friendly. Breakfast both days was tasty and freshly made. She was willing to add a sofa bed to our reservation when we arrived. very helpful for local dining and things to see. There were a couple of minor things in the bathroom - toilet ran after flushing & no extra toilet paper. Both minor issues and as soon as Elaine heard about them, they were resolved. so was great.
