Luxury Villa D'Esposito is a refined and very elegant structure located in the center of Sant'Agnello in a beautiful private garden (less than 2 km from the center of Sorrento), with all services within walking distance.
This breathtaking property is part of a wonderful estate divided into two fantastic very large units, however, the outdoor area and the pool area are for the exclusive use of guests.
The whole unit is on 3 levels and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a private pool and a well-kept garden and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. (2 people on a sofa bed).
The exterior is simply beautiful, a well-kept garden equipped with sun loungers, various seating areas, a barbecue and, of course, a wonderful 8x4 m pool (1.20-1.70 deep) and an outdoor shower.
When you enter the villa from the main entrance you have to make about 10 steps to reach the lobby, and soon you will be greeted by its incomparable style.
Everything is set to the highest standards of comfort and luxury.
The living room is very spacious and bright thanks to the floor-to-ceiling French windows and the 2 windows from where you can admire a wonderful view from almost every corner of this entire floor.
The living area includes 2 very comfortable sofas, a TV, a beautiful dining table with chairs located just in front of a huge fireplace made of precious marble, absolutely beautiful, a perfect mix of modernity and tradition with a touch of luxury throughout all villa.
The kitchen is on the same floor and offers all the facilities you can imagine, including a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave and much more, and an extra dining table with chairs.
The kitchen has easy access to the pool area via a glass door and just outside there is a table with chairs for outdoor dining or just a morning breakfast by the pool.
Moving on to the first level there are 3 bedrooms, 2 have a double bed and share a wonderful marble bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are furnished with high quality materials and particular attention to detail.
The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double sink and whirlpool tub, a large wardrobe and a 2 m x 2 m king size bed that can be made as 2 large single beds if needed.
The room is made of high quality materials, dominates wood and marble and luxury that shines from every corner.
All rooms have A / C, TV and access to the common balcony that runs around the entire perimeter and the entire level is made with wooden flooring.

From the garage it is possible to access the property through an internal door that will welcome you in its fantastic basement-suite which, thanks to its windows allows the passage of natural lights thus illuminating the whole area.
From the ground floor of the villa it is possible to access the basement through an internal staircase of about 18 steps, as soon as you approach the room you will soon be greeted by its particular style, a living area with 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed), TV a small pool table, small dining table with chairs.
To reach the night corner you need to take 7 steps and find 2 single beds and a lovely wardrobe. This floor has private bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Despite being located in the basement, this spacious suite is very light and airy.
