Positive: Only 8 minutes walk from Gare Montparnasse (major train station connecting to the south). Helpful staff speak multiple languages including English. Received a no-cost room upgrade on arrival. 24 hour front reception very useful.

Negative: No coffee machine available for guests in lobby (coffee and tea in room with kettle).

Summary: Smart, clean, helpful friendly staff and good location for Train.
