La maison est située aux pieds de l'un des plus beaux villages de France, Gassin et à proximité de Saint-Tropez, Ramatuelle et la Croix Valmer. De part, sa situation idéale, ce petit coin de verdure est le lieu parfait pour des vacances réussies. Facile d'accès et proche de toutes commodités et des attractions, le parc dispose d'une piscine accessible de juin à septembre. La maison vient d' être rénovée entièrement à l'intérieur, il ne manque plus que vous pour en profiter ! Venez aux terrasses de Gassin.
La maison offre une vue dégagée sur le ciel et la vallée grâce à une terrasse de 45 m2 devant la maison et 17 m2 sur le côté , transformé en petit loggia extérieur agréable lors de forte chaleur. Entourée d’un terrain/jardin de plus 200 m2, l’espace dispose également d’un coin Hamac à côté de l’olivier.
L’entrée dans la maison s’effectue par l’espace véranda aménagé en espace de détente avec Tv , bureau et grand canapé d’angle. La véranda est lumineuse et ouverte sur la terrasse et dispose également d’un espace de travail pour se connecter et se concentrer (wifi et ethernet ) puis, un accès direct vers la pièce principale offre une cuisine toute équipée et refait à neuf en mai 2024 .
En prolongement, un espace salon est équipée d’une table et 4 chaises , pouvant également servir d’espace de jeu pour les enfants avec à disposition une tv murale connectée à un Google cast et un canapé lit ( 1,86 m x 1,12 m.) pour deux personnes, idéal pour des enfants.
Un petit couloir donne enfin accès à deux chambres refaites à neuf et la salle de bain avec cabine de douche.
