As you step in to the beautiful interior, you are met with warmth and sunshine not only from the profusion of natural light illuminating the rich hardwood floors and modern furnishings. To the right is the living room with two family size sofas for movie night or to watch a game. The kitchen is just to the left next to the large dining room table that comfortably sits 10. Moving on, to the right of the stairwell is the gathering room or den which you can use as a game room or in-law suite with 2 queen-size Murphy beds, a sofa, washer & dryer, a full bathroom, and entrance to the garage. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and a master bedroom with a beautiful deck overlooking the side yard. The side yard is perfect for grilling season or to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the morning or libations at night. This place is literally a few feet from the beach, a block from the Shark Park playground, 5 minutes from Atlantic City, and 5 miles to many great golf courses.
