Summary: The ground unit was exactly what we needed. Space to relax and a kitchen made our stay manageable and a step of from a hotel. The unit was clean when we arrived and each unit had an off road parking spot. The in unit laundry make it easy to pack light. The house is old, and if tennants are up stairs, the creaking is quite loud, but we were lucky to bring earplugs and it worked out.
