Summary: This is a great apartment overlooking the marina and it is even better than in the pictures. We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and it is wonderful to have breakfast or a coffee and look at the yachts. I can totally recommend the apartment. You can walk to Greifswald centre in 10 minutes and if you want to go to the beach, Eldena is just outside town and the longer Lubmin beach is only 15 km away. There are always a lot of people having a picknick or a just a having a beer down by the river Ryck about 5 minutes from the flat by foot. I recommend you join the locals there on a warm evening.
