Positive: Large yard, open space and quiet away from any main roads. Place for a barbeque and
Negative: While this is not a complaint, the woodstove that is very inefficient. We had to burn a lot of wood to keep the home at a reasonable temperature. I would also recommend bringing your own towls as ours had a paricular unpleasant smell.
