Positive: We had a great 3 night stay after arriving from Australia. The room, on the top floor, was spacious, immaculately clean and the whole building is charming. Atilla whol owns/ runs the property is so sweet and helpful. He was very responsive beforehand answering our questions and then during our stay went out of his way to accommodate us, including preparing a early breakfast so we could get out and explore. We had a nice view from the balcony, over the roofs of Istanbul and the Taksim tower in the distance. We explored the local area by foot, it was a bit uphill but there's lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby - Nisantasi for example is only 20 mins or so walk away and lots to see along the way.
