Located on Neil Bay, this property has a nice pebble beach front just down the hill from the house, where you can sit and watch wildlife or launch your kayak. You will find a fire pit, picnic table and benches down by the beach to enjoy.
This home is located in a desirable neighborhood on the NW side of San Juan Island, about a 20 minute drive from Friday Harbor and the ferry. You can walk or bike to nearby Roche Harbor within 20 minutes, where you'll find an airstrip, pool, post office, spa, marina, market, artists' kiosks, shops and restaurants.
This home is an ideal setting for those who enjoy reading, cooking, hiking, kayaking and just plain
relaxing.
You can relax on the deck on long summer evenings and watch eagles, ducks, geese, seals, deer and other wildlife. There is a gas BBQ outside and a wood burning stove in the living room with firewood/kindling provided.
The living room is open and bright with lots of windows and a vaulted ceiling. It is comfortably furnished with a large screen TV for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
