Positive: We liked the space in the property and the outside courtyard.
Negative: Accees to the property was difficult. Never having done remote check in before, we didn't realise we should have been sent a link to gain entry to the property. We did only book it one hour before checking in. Then spent about 40 mins outside the property trying to get in, because we hadn't been sent the link. It took two further attempts to receive the link. Then, still standing outside the property we had to check in 4 peoples details before finally gaining access. There were no hand towels for the bathrooms or any kitchen towels. Once we gained access, the property was very nice and we enjoyed our 2 night stay.
