Welcome to our 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean view home. Located just one block from the ocean and iconic surf location, 26th street beach break and lifeguard tower. This top floor in a 3 story duplex has amazing ocean views from Catalina Island all the way to Malibu. You are just steps from the biggest green park near the water "Bruces Beach". Our home is recently updated. This two bed two bath comfortably accommodates 4 people. With an extra large panorama door facing the ocean patio, you get an indoor outdoor living room, with all the soft ocean breeze you can imagine. This is the upper unit in a 2 unit home. You have one parking space on driveway or in the garage for small to medium sized car, and ample free street parking and a paid lots steps away.
Amenities include 2 Beds (one Queen one King) and two baths including large bathtub. Lots of closet space with built in dressers. You will have cozy living quarters with large patio off the living room facing the ocean. Small work space with access to wifi. Large smart tv where you can log into your favorite apps. Shared Laundry is located in the garage.
All the small stuff to survive is here for you... coffee maker, toaster, cookware, bullet blender, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer, towels for bath and beach. Extra sheets and cleaning supplies including vacuum plus swiffer.

Summary: We loved everything about this property! Truly a perfect location. Two words: Ocean View! So amazing to be able to look out onto the ocean from the living room and kitchen. Easy walk to the heart of downtown Manhattan Beach. Very quick drive to downtown El Segundo. We worked from this location for 2 months, but it felt like we were on vacation every day! The owner was extremely responsive and incredibly gracious and helpful.
