The first floor features a large living room with cathedral ceiling, lots of windows, built-in entertainment center, a large well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate dining room with wall-to-wall windows and table seating for 10, two bedrooms (1 with queen & single, 1 with 3 sets of bunks) each with TV, a full bath, an oceanside deck with bubbly 6 person hot tub, and a soundside sundeck to observe the wonderful sunsets. The top floor features two bedrooms, two baths, and a second living area. One bedroom is a master suite with king bed, private bath, TV, and oceanfront deck. The second bedroom also has a king bed, TV, and a deck with seating to catch the beautiful sunset sky. A second bath is off the hallway. There is a separate oceanfront living area with a bay window, table and chairs, and excellent ocean views, the perfect place to read or play games. Summary: The property was lovely. The layout was so good for our family. Our only issue was that the write up said there was a neighborhood pool. There was no pool close by... and the pool that was the "community pool" was miles away and not even open. This should be communicated clearly. This was the only disappointment for us.
