Summary: When we first arrieved there was no room for us. We had to wait for more than 2 hours and always needet to ask the staff what was going on. In the end we had to spend the first night in an other riad close by. There is no reception and it is not well organized. If you want to have dinner in the hotel you have to order it 2 hours in advance and so that they can order it from another place. The hotel oloft it self is beautiful and the staff is really friendly. The rooms are very nice and comfortable.
