Positive: Ken, the host, is super polite and helpful. He is so welcoming. It's like meeting an old friend.  The apartment basically has one room with two bunk beds, one above another. The room has air conditioning that really worked great, keeping the room cool. It has a dining table with two chairs, full length cupboard with hangars, ironing press, a medium sized fridge, a small settee, and several smaller cupboards for extra storage space. The dining table also has paper napkins. There's also a wall mounted clothes hanger, and a table lamp, and many charging sockets. The room was spotless clean and the sheets were freshly laundered and clean. There's extra sheets and blankets in the room. The apartment is right next to AVD Studio, which is marked on Google maps, barely 12 min walk from Rozafa hotel.  The bathroom is rather big, and fully equipped with shampoo, soap, hand washing gel, seperate shower enclosure, washbasin with mirror, and toilet with bidet. The boiler supplies very hot water. There's also towels large and medium plus hair dryer, racks, and bathrobe, and adequate high quality toilet paper.  The wifi is super strong and the quiet neighborhood gave me very good sleep, which I needed after 4 weeks in the mountains. There's plenty of vegetable shops, bakeries, cafes and supermarkets within minutes of walking distance.  Hands down this was my best ever value for money stay. For 9Euros a night, you cannot get a better deal than this. A private all to yourself place. Perfect for a solo traveler and also for a couple that doesn't need too much space.
Negative: Everything was just great. Some guests might observe that the place is old, but for me it was an amazing experience
