Positive: This apt is really easy to get to the beach. We have stayed here before and there are improvements to make, along with better cleaning
Negative: The beds are not comfortable at all, the house was not that clean. Neither is the couch and love seat. My dog, when going under beds and furniture, he came out covered in dust kitties. We only used the downstairs bathroom- tub was filthy and walls were covered of sand or cleaner- not sure. Also you have to do something with the lock/ key whatever this system stinks. So hard to do.
Summary: I love this place but needs fixed up and taken care of.
