The house has bed space for up to 12 people (+ childbed), pool, barbeque area, lounge area, indoor dining area for 12 people, outdoor dining area for 12 people, large lawn ca 2500m2 around the house, gym equipment, one baby crib and potty, a vegetable field that guest can take from and lots of herbs that also quest can use. For a fee of eur 49 per per person will bedlinnen , 2 inside and 1 outside towels be prepared, bedlinen and inside towels will be changed after a week. you have agree with the woman day and time for her to do the changes. If changes is wanted during the stay the lady will charge 29 euro per person
For a fee of 40 eur Antonia will do shopping for you before your arrivel, you send me the list and pay her upon arrivel.
The house is a newly built farm (build in 2012). It is situated in a typical agricultural area with many other farms in the neighbourhood who mainly grow vegetables or fruits. The house has 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have a private bathroom for each room (ensuite). The bathroom in connection with the master bedroom has a bathtub and separate shower. The two other ensuite bedrooms have a shower. All these 3 bathrooms have heated floors. There is also a separate guest toilet. There are two bedrooms with 6 sleeping places in total. There is a bunk bed in the office with space for 3 people. This bedroom is connected to the living room. In addition, the house has a bed that is connected to one of the ensuite bedrooms. The one ensuite is therefore ideal for a couple with 2-3 children. The parents can have one room and have their children directly connected to their room and bathroom.
The pool also have a shower outside by the pool that you can cool off in. There are six sunbeds outside. A saperate area with sofa and chairs also a small dinig table is near the pool.There is also a large lawn perfect for kids to play.
There are lots of fruit trees and herbs on the property. There are 350 organic pomegranate trees on the property. Other examples of fruit trees are olive, figs, lemon, orange ,lime etc. The herbs are rosemary, basil, chives, cilantro, thyme, oregano etc. There are also strawberries, grapes, tomatoes, peppers etc on the property. If you do not want to pick yourself just ask the woman when she is around.
Antonia will come a few times during the week for taking care of the garden and also the pool
She has her own remote control for the gate.
The house has a barbecue with dining for 12 people outside. The barbecue is intended for coal. The house has a dishwasher and washer in the laundry room.
There is 16 solarpanels on the roof , so please use the diswasher snd washing machine when the house is producing its own electricity normalle between 10.00 and 18.00. On the shel there is a picture which shows the time when the different prices are. In the electricity cabin there is a meter where you can see your daily consumption and the rent include 70 kwh pr day, consumption in exces will at the medium price the last month
It takes about 10min to Santa Pola. Here you will find many beautiful beaches, shops, fish markets and markets. There is a gas station 3min away where they have some merchandise. It takes about 5min to the nearest grocery store in the village of Las Bayas. In Las Bayas you find a pharmacy, butcher and many other small shops. It takes about 12min to a mall or larger grocery stores. These time estimates are by car. You can cycle to the local village of Las Bayas in about 15min.
Nearest town Elche is on UNESCO's World Heritage List because of the palm trees. Elche has more than 2,000 different palm species. From the house, there is also only 5min drive to Rio Safari Elche which is a zoo. The zoo has a sea lion show and parrot show. You can also swim with the sea lions there. 10min from the house is also the Restaurant La Finca. La Finca has 2 Michelin stars and has wonderful and exciting food. There are several restaurants in Santa Pola. It also boasts more snack foods such as McDonald's and Chinese food.
The house has air conditioning, but also fans in all sleeping areas. Multiple windows of the house open for ventilation and there are mosquito nets on them. The property also has a garage where any car can be safe and cool.
There is wireless internet on the property that can be used both indoor and outdoor. There is also a TV with many foreign channels, mostly Scandinavian and English channels.
There is exercise equipment in the house. There is a training bench, rowing machine, and free weights. There are both small and larger rods for the free weights.

La casa tiene espacio para camas para hasta 12 personas, piscina de agua salada, área de barbacoa, área de descanso, área de comedor interior para 12 personas, área de comedor al aire libre para 12 personas, área de césped grande, equipo de gimnasio, una cuna y orinal, un campo de vegetales que los huéspedes pueden tomar y muchas hierbas que también pueden usar.
La casa es una finca de nueva construcción (construida en 2012). Está situado en un área agrícola típica con muchas otras granjas en el vecindario que cultivan principalmente verduras o frutas. La casa tiene 5 habitaciones. 3 habitaciones tienen un baño privado para cada habitación (baño). El cuarto de baño en relación con el dormitorio principal tiene una bañera y una ducha de "spa" separada. Los otros dos dormitorios con baño tienen una ducha. Todos estos 3 baños tienen calefacción por suelo radiante. También hay un aseo de invitados. Hay dos habitaciones con 6 plazas para dormir en total. Hay una litera en la oficina con espacio para 3 personas. Esta habitación está conectada a la sala de estar. Además, la casa tiene una cama que está conectada a una de las habitaciones con baño. El baño es ideal para una pareja con 2-3 niños. Los padres pueden tener una habitación y tener a sus hijos directamente conectados a su habitación y baño.
La piscina fuera de la casa es de agua salada, y también hay una ducha afuera junto a la piscina en la que puede refrescarse o enjuagarse con agua salada después de nadar. Hay varias tumbonas fuera. También hay un gran césped perfecto para que jueguen los niños. Hay muchos árboles frutales y hierbas en la propiedad. Hay 450 árboles de granada orgánica en la propiedad. Otros ejemplos de árboles frutales son el limón y la naranja. Las hierbas son romero, albahaca, cebollino, cilantro, tomillo y orégano. También hay fresas, uvas, tomates y pimientos en la propiedad. La casa tiene una barbacoa con comedor para 12 personas en el exterior. La barbacoa está destinada al carbón.
Se tarda unos 10 minutos a Santa Pola. Aquí encontrará muchas hermosas playas, tiendas, mercados de pescado y mercados. Hay una estación de gasolina 3 minutos de distancia donde tienen algunas mercancías. Se tarda unos 5 minutos en el supermercado más cercano en el pueblo de Las Bayas. En Las Bayas encontrará una farmacia, carnicería y muchas otras pequeñas tiendas. Se tarda unos 12 minutos en un centro comercial o supermercados más grandes. Estas estimaciones de tiempo son en coche. Se puede ir en bicicleta al pueblo local de Las Bayas en unos 15 minutos. La casa tiene lavavajillas y lavadora en el lavadero.
