- The first level consists of a large fully equipped kitchen-bar, a living room overlooking the street with a flowered balcony, a nicely furnished bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC . On the floor, old ceramics.
- On the second level: refined attic room, office, overlooking a beautifully flowered terrace of 25 m2 and overlooking the picturesque roofs of Via della Giudecca. You can admire the sunset.
