Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the harbor. Kitchen stocked with everything we could possibly want. Plenty of hot water in the showers. Plenty of hangers for all of our clothes in the closets. Convenient location ten minutes walk to the central train station. Hosts were very responsive to a few small problems we had. Pro Tip: There are two entrances to the building - one at street level in the courtyard, and one at waterfront level on the side of the building. The second one is very convenient for the waterfront restaurants, Rema 1000 grocery store, and walkway to the train station.
Negative: On clear, sunny days, the balcony can get pretty hot in the afternoon. There's a ceiling fan, but it wasn't working during our stay. It would have been helpful to have English language instructions for the washer, dryer, oven, patio heater, etc.; there's a guest information booklet, but the appliance instructions were either missing our outdated.
Summary: Clean, comfortable, great location.
