Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Location is in a lovely neighborhood with a short walk to beach. Grounds were great for our dog. Pretty view of river, balcony was nice. Living room was comfortable with huge tv. Kitchen has ample appliances, pans and dishes with large table. Our elderly parents came to stay and they appreciated first floor bedroom and large bathroom. They also liked the sitting area with stove and view.
Negative: Master bedroom bed sags in the center and was uncomfortable. Shower head is clogged. Toilets are stained yellow. We bumped our heads a lot on the sloped walls and over hangs. The steps going upstairs are steep and narrow. One issue in particular stands out was we didn’t have hot water one night and I called for service, it was repaired next day. We had problem locking the door with code one morning and I called for service.
Summary: I liked the location being only 20 minutes from work site, but I won’t book this house again.
