A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. A bathroom. A shower room. A separate toilet. On the 2nd floor (14 steps) two adjoining bedrooms under the eaves, each with 2 single beds. Electric heating. Unfenced land of 1700 m2 delimited within the fenced property with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecues. Périgord-style house with a wooded and flowered garden offering superb views of the countryside, in the region of bastides (Monpazier, Beaumont du Périgord, Eymet, Molières, etc.). 8 km from Cadouin Abbey and 10 km from Couze St Front (La Rouzique Mill, renowned for its handmade papermaking). Close to Saint Avit Sénieur Abbey.
