Positive: The location near Ventspils is really good, and a super restaurant inside a windmill is really close by. The views are great and the room is perfectly suited for a group of 4 persons - 2 persons in queen bed and 2 in bunk bed. Beds were comfortable.
Negative: The tiny house could use a small space heater fan for colder days - we stayed two summer nights which were very rainy, windy and rather cold. The temperature indoors was around 18 degrees. However the staff was forthcoming and provided some warm blankets. The floor is soft next to the bed, which means one could slip or “step through” - needs some maintenance. The facilities such as toilet and bathroom are outdoors, but very clean nevertheless. The water in the shower is a bit smelly and the water pressure is fluctuating, but the host cannot do much about that. The water drainage wasn’t very good. We also found some fish near the house which birds started to eat- not sure why it was there.
