Positive: We enjoyed how absolutely clean the place was, the wonderful super comfortable bed, the beautiful towels, the opportunity to have your laundry processed by the host free of charge, and the parking situation along with the gated area.
Negative: The main thing we did not enjoy was the intrusion of coming into the apartment daily. We felt that it was not necessary, and if we were in need of some extras like towels we could have asked for them. We have traveled a lot, and when renting apartments we feel it should feel like we have a piece of home "privately" and it didn't feel like that. We feel maybe the hosts should ask if that is something their clients want prior to just coming in the apartment each day upon us leaving it for the day. It felt, intrusive and as if we didn't really have the privacy we are used to. Also, the laundry being done free of charge is a great perk however, if laundry is set out on the drying rack outside by us the client, is should not be handled unless asked. Again, we came back to the apartment to find all of our laundry taken off the rack and processed. Appreciated of course but, we were not informed it was going to be done, and because our intimate apparel was not something we care others to handle, and we had washed it ourselves, we came back to the apartment to find it had been taken off the drying rack and processed without our approval. We really recommend that the hosts as pleasant as they both were to keep in mind the privacy factor, and allow their tennants to ask for what they need instead of taking it upon themselves to intrude in their space. With that said, and as previously mentioned on the "good", it was a great apartment. We did not use the kitchen for cooking but, they had everything one could possibly want to cook with. I would recommend maybe a few cooking spices to add.
Summary: It was peaceful, clean, and comfortable but, with lack of privacy.
