4 Bedroom House in Cala d'Or, Santanyí
Charming brand new villa in Cala Egos (completed in July 2021). Located in a privileged place with sea views in a quiet residential street in Cala Egos.
We are a French family in love with Mallorca and we have built this villa preserving the Ibiza style of the Cala d'Or area.
The villa is distributed over two floors, with large outdoor spaces: pool area, barbecue area and two terraces on the first and last floors with sea views. All four bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with beds of 160 and 180 cm.
On the ground floor we find 2 bedrooms, one with 90 cm beds and one with a 160 cm bed, with their en-suite bathrooms. A large room that combines the living area with the dining room and the open kitchen with a bar and stool, ideal to enjoy breakfast . The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, citrus juicer and everything you need to cook well. The dining room table seats 8 people. You can also take your meals under the pergola that directly extends the living room to the outside. There is a large table with a capacity of 10 people.
On the first floor we find 2 bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed and one with two 90 cm beds, both with en suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to the first terrace with sea views. There is also a bar with a refrigerator and on the terrace, an outdoor lounge, ideal to enjoy with a glass of wine at sunset.
As we believe in the importance of preserving our planet, we have equipped the house with a heat pump. It is heated with air conditioning and air heating, so it is ready for stays in any season of the year.
We have cots, high chairs to eat and children's toys, upon request of the client.
The nearest beach of Cala Egos is a 5-minute walk away. The house is located in the urbanization of Cala d´Or where beaches like Cala Gran, Cala Pou and Ferrera are a short drive away. The marina with its restaurants and bar 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot. Less than 25 minutes by car, the most beautiful beaches of this part of the island: Cala Sanau, Cala Marçal, Cala Mondrago, Es Trenc etc….
50 minutes from Palma and Port d'Alcudia for Corsica ferry boat arrivals. For 7 people.
