A rich new Koa entertainment center also highlights the great room while newly enhanced landscaping adds to the beauty and ambiance. This home offers a chef's dream kitchen equipped with professional 6-burner gas range, wine cooler, "Nespresso" machine, 2 dishwashers, warmer drawer and bar refrigerator among the extensive appliance package. Guest rooms include two primary suites (King), each with tropical outdoor garden showers and a third bedroom (Queen) with a separate private courtyard. All bedrooms include luxurious Four Seasons linens.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date.
