Positive: This is such a beautiful villa nestling in the hills of Funchal in a residential area yet very close to the Centre. Walking in, you find the calm oasis of the garden, the carp pond and the the staggering 360 views of Funchal! The host Mathias and his staff are super welcoming and from the moment you arrive, you are made to feel at home and comfortable. We were offered breakfast and a glass of prosecco even though it was late, and our suitcases were whisked to our apartment which was located just a few steps away from the main residence. The apartment itself is spacious, bright airy and finished to very high specifications. The beds are super comfortable and the whole apartment is fully equipped for your every need including plenty of coffee pods!
