Positive: Sana was the friendliest person we met in Morocco. The whole staff was incredibly helpful, always smiling and clearly going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The place itself is absolutely stunning.
Negative: The internet didn't work well in the room as I had to do some work. Although it works fine in the main areas.
