Enjoy beautiful views and private access to the Yamhill River. The house is located in a neighborhood in Sheridan, a *very* small logging community in the middle of some great places to hike, go wine tasting and enjoy the Pacific Northwest. The house is only 20 minutes away from downtown McMinnville and 10 minutes away from Amity. McMinnville and Amity both have great places to eat that are included in our guidebook.

The house is a small, eco friendly 2021 build with central heating and great natural lighting. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with river views. The downstairs is an open floor plan with a dining room table, 50' TV, large windows, seating area and small kitchen.

Other things to note:

There is no public transportation in Sheridan so the best way to get around would be in your own vehicle or by using a ride share app. There are not many places to eat in Sheridan and we recommend going to McMinnville or Amity to eat out. There are lots of great restaurants in McMinnville including; Pura Vida Cocina, Community Plate, La Rambla, Thisle and more. The Drift Creek Falls suspension bridge is about 45 minutes away.
