Positive: I stayed in this riverfront home for one night with my husband and grandson. We didn’t have much time in Brownwood since I was on a business trip so having Stand Up Paddle boards at our fingertips was ideal! We hopped on the SUP’s & cruised the river as soon as we arrived, then washed & dried our river clothes in washer & dryer. We made a fire in the ring with provided wood & grilled. Coffee & snacks were provided. We had a great stay! We hope to be back to stay a lil longer!
