Positive: Cheap price and close to Tahiti center
Negative: There is someone living in the shared spaces, he has a room covered by curtains. You can hear him talk, snore and fart during the night (from 6pm). That was not mentioned in the listing. Many things are broken or missing. Broke dishwasher, no microwave. Cleanliness is bad in shared spaces. The mattress in the room is outdated, it literally crumbles under your weight. Mold in the room. The guy living in sharing spaces opens all windows and lets all mosquitoes enter during the night for no reason. Annoying
