Summary: This is not an actual hotel. There is no concierge, the front desk person leaves at 8pm and you are left on your own, they do not speak another language, other than Italian. The pictures online are very deceiving and the room itself is incredibly small. More like a hostel than a hotel. I think some young college kids may not mind it, but this is not a hotel stay.
