Summary: The house was clean and has a wonderful view BUT - we never saw Nicolo. He barely answered our messages. The person who did welcome us was 30 minutes late.No explanation. Nicolo didn't talk about this delay. - Two chairs had a big hole : when you seat, you can fall inside.- There was a leak in the kitchen. When we sent a message to Nicolo, he answered the day after to ask us at 8.30 am to open the door to the plumber.-Some window handles remain in your hand... - At the arrival, at 8pm, a sunday : no toilet paper. No answer from Nicolo... As a summary it has been a well place but is no longer maintained, and not worth the price, by far.
