Positive: Cynthia was a 10/10 very kind and sweet and was quick to action my queries The bedroom was immaculate and cosy. The place was clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen, and laundry. The shower was hot and a decent pressure.
Negative: If you are arriving later in the day then the hunt for parking is a hard one. Its like every house in the street has 10 cars each. This was initially why this place would have lost 1 point from me. The reason it lost the other 2 is because the other guests that were staying were very inconsiderate of anyone else staying there. Wasing was being done at midnight, people talking loudly in the next bedroom at midnight and beyond. (Quiet hours 11-7) which is entirely reasonable. Basically the walls are thin and if you stay in the basement then the floors above are wooden and you can hear everyone stomping around the upstairs laundry and bathroom feel like theyre in your room.
