Positive: Room was large and well-decorated in typical old-school Shangri-La style. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. ATM Machine in the Lobby which is helpful for international travellers.

Negative: Nearest convenience store is a bit of a walk away - this is inconvenient in a -25 degree winter!
