Summary: A friend and I stayed at this spacious, quiet 2nd floor condo May 11-18, 2025. Everything was great, no complaints. Easy access with keypad upon arrival and good communication with management. Pictures are accurate, VERY clean and comfortable. I wish I would have used the heated pool more; it was wonderful and the water temperature was perfect. Easy access, a couple of blocks, to the beautiful beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are available at the condo if you want to use them. Saint Armands with many shops and restaurants is around the corner. I recommend the Columbia Restaurant, very good food (but more expensive than some other places.) They had the best Key Lime Pie. We rarely drove anywhere, one time to Publix grocery store on Longboat Key and another time to Siesta Key to take a dolphin tour. We were fortunate to have great weather, low to mid 80’s during the day (humid of course) and 70’s at night. Construction continues on the first floor condos in this complex.
