Distribution of the villa: with 150 m2 of living space,
In the main house which is located on the second floor of the house, and which is accessed by a flight of stairs with 15 steps, we find a living room with decorative fireplace, ceiling fan, air conditioning and access to a beautiful terrace with open views and a little sea views and table for outdoor dining. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed.
In the lower part of the villa and at street level, we find two independent rooms, one with a double bed, ceiling fan and a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a washing machine room. and a second independent room with a small living room, an auxiliary kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with bathtub.
The whole house has central heating.

The villa has a nice porch with table for eating and dining outside and a brick barbecue with benches and an outdoor sink. An area that will make your evenings relaxed and very comfortable in summer. The pool area has sun loungers for sunbathing. The pool is 7/4 and has Roman stairs to access inside.
Inside the plot you can park several vehicles outdoors.

Summary: The property is clean but a little tired with a slight need for renovation. Didn’t like the reservation process. (Have never had to raise an international money transfer before) but it worked out ok. There could have been more info on area as property is quite isolated.Had a good stay though.
