Charming, spacious 4BR, 1900 sqft riverfront home at end of dead-end road on 3 acres with a deep swimming hole, shady trees, orchard, & an expansive lawn. A peaceful 10-min walk (.5 miles) to Washington (inspiration for Stars Hollow!) and close to hiking, skiing, lakes, and more.
This home is spacious, serene, and full of character—perfect for families. Upstairs, you’ll find a peaceful primary suite with a large master bedroom, an attached full bathroom, and a quiet study that can double as an extra bedroom. The study is exceptionally soundproof, providing a retreat for reading, working, or resting.
On the main floor, the roomy living room features two cozy seating areas, shelves of books, musical instruments, and a TV with streaming. Just off the living room is a breezy sunporch overlooking a peach and apple orchard with another relaxing seating area and a dining area.
This level also includes two charming bedrooms, a full bathroom, a warm and welcoming dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs, you'll find a mudroom/ laundry room, and an oversized three-car garage stocked with river innertubes, bikes, toys, sleds, and more.
