Grandview Building named when built in the 1900's is a charming red brick building located south of Wagga Waggas CBD. This lovely first floor apartment sits above 2 small local businesses that operate on a part-time basis, they have absolutely no impact on the quality of your stay.
You have 2 separate entrances accessed by external stairs with total privacy.
3 comfortable bedrooms with quality linen. A brand new kitchen with quality appliances and cookware. A separate dining room leads to a large lounge room with two sofas and flat screen TV.
Bathroom features vanity unit and corner shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
A fisher and paykel washing machine and powder is located at the rear of the apartment adjacent to the toilet. A clothesline is located in the backyard for guest use. There is ducted air-conditioning throughout the apartment.
