Positive: I like that this tree house has a proper wood-burning stove with a little glass door. This is beautiful and very romantic. Most other tree houses only have electric heating. While this way the owners place an immense amount of trust in the hands of their guests - as in - not to do anything stupid or dangerous, this makes the place exceptionally cozy, especially in winter. Also, the place accumulates heat very well. Despite it was freezing outside we did not need to get up at night to re-stoke the fire. In the morning the house was still reasonably warm. You can also put the kettle on the stove too.
Negative: The house overlooks a forest clearing and we were hoping to see some animals. We didn't see any unfortunately. Maybe next time :)
