Quintessential LA indoor/outdoor living, this high end luxury home was built in 2020 with the finest attention to detail and features a separate pool house with a complete living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Spaces flow seamlessly throughout this property that features large glass doors from both houses that reflect across the heated saltwater pool with an oversized hot tub. The oversized patio features a fire pit, outdoor dining area, and gas grill.
The space was designed to create a seamless indoor/outdoor experience with large windows throughout to maximize enjoyment of the California sunshine. There are custom blinds on all the doors and windows.
The house is located in an exclusive neighborhood popular with many celebrities thanks to its privacy, safety and location.
Master Bedroom:
King bed with en suite bath including built in vanity, large walk in closet and oversized walk in shower lined with Moroccan tiles. Marble floors and counters. High end fixtures include handheld showerhead, rainfall showerhead, and standard showerhead. Tankless water heater.
Second Bedroom:
Queen size bed with en-suite bath with Moroccan tiled floor and full bathtub. High end fixtures include handheld showerhead and rainfall showerhead. Tankless water heater.
"Great room":
Dining table, sofa, seating nook, fireplace, connected half bath, record player, and 65" TV and open floor plan to the chef's kitchen.
Chef's Kitchen:
Thermador appliances (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 70 bottle wine fridge, gas stove and oven) fully stocked with dishes, pans, silverware, etc. There is a Breville microwave and Breville toaster oven in the cabinet.
Indoor/Outdoor Living:
The beautiful house opens out onto a large outdoor patio via large sliding glass doors off the great room with heated saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit, and grill.
Garage:
Laundry is available in the garage. Mini split supplies heat and A/C to this "bonus room" with a full office set up and a queen size sofabed.

A second, full kitchen with a pass through window to the exterior bar area.

A second living room with large bi-fold glass doors that open directly onto the pool area.
