Positive: The decoration was fresh and different. Pia was always responsive when we had a question and we had lovely welcome gifts for the family when we arrived. The beds were comfortable but we also needed to use the sofa bed which was fine for a few days but could maybe have done with a mattress topper available for longer stays. Not a huge problem though.
Negative: We couldn’t find an instruction manual available so had to ask for things like the instructions for waste disposal and the oven/hob etc. Our messages were responded to same day however so it didn’t affect our stay.
Summary: Lovely property with everything you need to cater for families.
