Positive: I like how close it is to where I work
Negative: For the second time in a row, I showed up and I didn’t have a room assigned. The first time they didn’t put my key code in the door so I was waiting outside at 9pm on the phone with customer service. My shower took forever to figure out how to work, and there were ants all in the bottom. I booked here several times since I travel for work, in support for local business, and the one day I couldn’t make it due to the snow, the refused to refund me. I won’t be coming back unfortunately.
